GularsonPresident John ensures that MICROS-Retail offers comprehensive, best-of-breed solutions that deliver maximum value to our clients. He has received several industry awards for his work in retail. Prior to MICROS-Retail, John served as the COO of Jinfonet Software, where he globally expanded the organization and doubled the company's revenue in less than three years. He has also held sales management positions with Bottomline Technologies, Hyperion, and Tartan Laboratories and has been recognized for his record sales achievements.
![]() Jane CannonChief Technology Officer Jane is focused on defining the strategic direction, management, development and delivery of all MICROS-Retail products. As a senior member of the management team, Jane has been leading the Datavantage/CommercialWare/Fry/eOne product integration and transformation into an integrated MICROS-Retail suite to serve the global market. Jane came to this role with more than 20 years of software industry experience and in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. As COO of CommercialWare, Jane was instrumental in building and delivering successful retail customer applications and was instrumental in growing the business to several million dollars. During her tenure at CommercialWare, Jane held positions in professional services, sales, and support, working her way up to executive management roles.
![]() Rudy PataroExecutive Vice President, eCommerce (Fry, Inc.) Rudy sets the company’s strategy for growth and innovation in eCommerce. With more than 20 years of technology experience in the engineering, manufacturing, retail, and high-tech sectors, Rudy is responsible for much success at Fry. In previous roles in the organization, Rudy oversaw the development of Fry's leading eCommerce platform (OCP), drove business development efforts, and built Fry’s IT infrastructure in the company’s formative years. Before joining the company in 2001, Rudy spent two years as a strategic IT consultant and, prior to that, he was the Chief Technology Officer for Borders.com. In that role, he was responsible for the site’s technology design, implementation, legacy integration, and hosting systems. Earlier in his career, Rudy served as a consultant to large, multinational firms in system strategy, architecture, development, and methodologies. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Automotive Engineering from the Chrysler Institute. ![]() Michael BiliourisExecutive Vice President, Sales & Marketing As executive vice president of sales and marketing, Mike leads the company’s strategies and efforts for all sales and marketing activities and has held this position since 2009. He is responsible for growing the company’s business in all market segments and is a member of the company’s executive committee reporting directly to MICROS-Retail President John Gularson. He has been in the software and technology industry for more than seventeen years and has worked with companies of all sizes and from all industries during his career, and has won several sales awards with multiple companies. Mike takes a very customer-centric approach in all of his interactions and helps companies improve their competitive position through the use of the latest strategies and technologies.
Prior to his current position, he worked for Oracle Corporation for six years in sales and sales leadership positions. He began his career in 1989 with the Department of Defense in their Cost Report Accounting group. Mike has a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Rhode Island. He resides in Medway, Massachusetts with his wife and two children. ![]() Jeremy GrunzweigVice President Operations, Store Systems Group Jeremy is responsible for ensuring that all MICROS-Retail point-of-sale customers receive world class support from all service divisions: Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Help Desk, Warehouse, Staging, and Depot. He joined MICROS-Retail in 2004 as the Director of Professional Services, bringing with him extensive experience in Technology Services and Strategic Consulting in the United States and the UK gained during his years with Accenture and Bond Technologies. Jeremy is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management.
![]() Raoul RicardVice President, Professional Services, Analytics and Direct Commerce Raoul spearheads the enhancement and implementation of MICROS-Retail Analytics software and the deployment of Order Management applications. He has been with the company since its acquisition of XBR Loss Prevention in 1995, and continues to hold his position as the global market expert for XBR. Along with steadily expanding the solution’s functionality within the retail market, he pioneered the application in food service where it delivers ongoing value to restaurateurs. Under his leadership the company launched Balance Sales Audit, developed effective training and consulting services for XBR and Balance, and created a hosted option for XBR. Raoul has more than 25 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industries. He is based in our Westboro, MA office. ![]() Carl NemecVice President - Professional Services, International Combining an in-depth understanding of the retail industry with extensive knowledge of technology, Carl leads MICROS-Retail's Services organization, comprised of implementation, consulting, technical support, and education and training. Carl joined Datavantage in 1998, bringing with him 10 years of retail systems implementation experience from information management positions with international and travel retailers.

CasamentoVice President of Marketing and Customer Relations Louise joined MICROS Systems, Inc. in 1999 and has primary responsibility for the corporate MICROS and MICROS-Retail brands around the world. Louise and her team facilitate all aspects of marketing communications including PR, advertising, web, tradeshows, and conferences. Louise has over 13 years experience in Marketing and holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska Omaha. ![]() Manfred KaiserVice President Retail – Europe, Africa & Middle East (EAME) Manfred is responsible for managing and growing MICROS-Retail’s business across EAME. He leads a cross-country team that delivers sales, implementation, consulting, and support services to existing and potential clients. Involved in the IT Industry since the early 90s, he joined the company in 1993 as Managing Director of the Italian MICROS subsidiary, a position he still holds. Prior to joining MICROS, Manfred worked in several functions in the hotel and tourism industry in Italy, Germany, Austria and Thailand. He holds a degree in Economics and Hotel Management, from the Hotel Management school in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

SappetDirector - Human Resources Drawing on 10 years of executive experience in international and domestic settings, Shelley is responsible for planning and implementing human resources (HR) policies, programs, and practices to support the strategic objectives of MICROS-Retail. Prior to her current role, she managed career development for the company’s Professional Services team, with a focus on enhancing performance management, improving employee retention rates, and increasing customer satisfaction. From 1996 to 2000, she served as a Consultant for Accenture, helping financial institutions and utility companies plan and manage mergers and implementations, streamline processes, and standardize operations. In 2000, she served as a manager with ExperienceLab, helping secure angel-round financing. Shelley holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stonehill College. |
