Cavender’s Selects Suite of MICROS-Retail Direct Commerce Solutions

Westboro, MA—April 8, 2009 -- MICROS-Retail, a division of MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS), and leading provider of retail technology for the specialty and general merchandise retail industry, is pleased to announce that Cavender’s, the Texas western wear giant and existing customer of MICROS-Retail’s Tradewind® Retail POS, has selected a suite of MICROS-Retail direct commerce solutions to power its web store. The selected suite consists of eOne™ Web Commerce, CWSerenade™ Java Order Management, CWData® and Analytics, CWIntegrate® Connection Framework, CWCollaborate® Supply Chain Fulfillment, Locate™ Cross-channel Inventory Broker, and the MICROS-Retail Product Information Manager. Implementation is scheduled to commence in mid-April 2009.
